I’m Latte Lawson, I design apps then build them
For the last decade I’ve designed SaaS platforms, enterprise tools and design systems, and for the last two years I’ve been closing the gap between design and production by building with AI, mostly Claude Code.
01 — Selected work
Four products, one method
Each one starts with the same question: what is the person on the other side actually trying to do? Everything after that is subtraction.
02 — How I work
Designing with purpose since the kids started watching.
01
Clarity Over Complexity
If I need to explain the interface, I’ve already failed. The best design feels obvious after the fact — like it couldn’t have been any other way.
02
Done Beats Perfect
Shipping early and iterating honestly will always outperform waiting for the perfect launch. Real feedback beats theoretical feedback.
03
Community First, Features Second
A feature nobody uses is a waste. A community that nobody leaves is a product. I always ask: does this serve the people, or just the roadmap?
04
Consistency Builds Trust
People don’t fall in love with products in one interaction. They fall in love with products that show up the same way every time.

Let’s make something that matters.
I’m currently open to product design roles where the problems are real, the team is hungry, and the users aren’t an afterthought. If you’re building something that serves communities, simplifies complexity, or brings financial tools to people who’ve been overlooked — I want in.
